Yin Yoga is passively held poses for 2 to 5 minutes targeting fascia and other connective tissues of the body.

1-hour Yin Yoga. A passive yoga asana practice all from the floor. The main purpose of a yin class is to hold long passive stretches for between 2 to 6 minutes (focus on fascia, muscles, connective tissues and acupressure points). A meditative practice that promotes flexibility.
1-hour Restorative Yoga Nidra. This class will include restorative yoga poses to prepare the body for a guided Nidra (equivalent to 2-3 hours of deep rest).
You will need a yoga mat, blankets, blocks and bolsters/pillows.

This is a basic training on how to lead a laughter session for social clubs, corporate organizations, seniors, school children and people with special needs. You will acquire the basic facilitation skills of how to lead a group of people through laughter session and meditation. You will also learn the history, concept, philosophy and different steps of Laughter Yoga and meditation. These trainings are done by Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers, at the end of which the participants are certified as Laughter Yoga Leaders.
