Helen Fong is a dedicated full-time yoga professional since 2006. Training extensively in Halifax and Vancouver. She is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Certified Yin Yoga Teacher, Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (500hrs CYT) and Yoga Teacher Training Faculty with Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio (TAYS Yoga).

The basic instructions in mindfulness meditation will be given sequentially, each week building on the previous one. We will explore seated meditation, walking meditation and yoga nidra in studio every week. You will be given optional homework to encourage you to practice mindfulness meditation at home between live in-person sessions.
