Helen Fong is a dedicated full-time yoga professional with 18 years of yoga teaching experience and a yoga practice since 1998. She has been faculty with the TAYS Yoga Teacher Training 200 YTT and 500 YTT modules since 2019.
Training extensively with master trainers such as Bernie Clark, Eionn Finn, and Dr. Madan Kataria (to name a few mentors). Helen is a Certified Yin Yoga Teacher, Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Pre/Post-Natal Certified Yoga Teacher.
