90-minute Laughter Yoga workshop on Sundays June 8thto June 29th from 1:00pm-2:30pm.  Laughter Yoga is a unique group exercise routine which combines unconditional laughter, with eye contact and childlike playfulness and deep breathing. 


Anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedy, because laughter exercises soon turn into real and contagious laughter. Gentle warm-up techniques include stretching, chanting, clapping and body movement. This is a powerful experience that often leads to a healthy emotional catharsis, a feeling of release, and joyfulness that can last for days. 


Laughter Yoga can help relieve stress, improve your mental health, and promote a better immune system. Each session will finish with a body scan and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. 


$80+HST for 4-weeks, Sundays 1:00pm-2:30pm
